At Mia Tui, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Mia Tui items in their original dust bags and protective packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
